When you purchase TouchJams, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as noted below) License to install and use the software.

• Single Machine Use: Each License may be activated on one machine at a time only.

• Transfer of License: You may transfer your License to a different machine, provided that you deactivate it on the original machine. The same License may not be used simultaneously on more than one machine.

• Activation: A Product Key will be issued upon purchase to activate your License.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, or reverse engineer the software, except as permitted by applicable law.

• Commercial Use: To use TouchJams in a commercial environment, you must purchase the TouchJams Commercial Edition.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to tax or exchange rate adjustments.

4. Refunds

• Once a license code is activated, refunds may not be available except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property
