• TouchJams is a software product owned and operated by 216 Technology, LLC.
• By purchasing or using TouchJams, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws.

2. License

When you purchase TouchJams, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as noted below) License to install and use the software.

• Single Machine Use Each License may be activated on one machine at a time only.
• Transfer of License You may transfer your License to a different machine, provided that you deactivate it on the original machine.
• Activation A Product Key will be issued upon purchase to activate your License.
• Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, lease, or reverse engineer the software, except as permitted by law.
• Commercial Use To use TouchJams in a commercial environment, you must purchase the TouchJams Commercial Edition.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to tax or exchange rate adjustments.

4. Refunds

• Our refund policy is outlined separately — Refund Policy.
• Once a license code is activated, refunds may not be available except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on TouchJams.com, including software, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of 216 Technology, LLC.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• TouchJams is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee error-free operation or compatibility with all systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 216 Technology, LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use TouchJams.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Iowa, USA.
