Since the TouchJams program uninstall doesn't remove program data files and product key data files, the TouchJams Uninstall Utility has been created.
NOTE: Before running this utility, if you have made any changes to the skins, genre images, radio stations, etc., you need to back your data up otherwise your files will be lost.
This utility can be used to retrieve your TouchJams product key, and also to delete the TouchJams product key data files.

Search View - added apostrophe to symbols. When searching by All, the Search View option Filter Symbols/Punctuation doesn’t apply, and it was difficult to search for items containing the apostrophe, like Ain’t and Nothin’. Full uninstall/reinstall required for this to take effect.
XP works again (version 3.1.0.0 it did not) with one exception, Options / Admin - make TouchJams run on Win startup is not supported, you will have to do this manually. Please note, XP is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Bug fix - network remote local web server files were read only causing the current playing album art to be wrong in browser. If you still have problems with this even after updating to latest version, you will have to perform a full uninstall/reinstall.

Program options screens - all program options screens have been updated to give a more friendly user experience.
Cross Fader options screen now shows the graphical representation of the cross fade as the timers and other parameters are being changed.
Skip File List (Options/Library/Music-Video-Karaoke) - added ability to clear all entries. Before, items would have to be deleted one at a time to clear the entire list.
Enhanced library update - files updated since the last library update are now re-read and any changes are applied to the database. In addition, the cover art cache is reset for any changed items. Before, Library Update would only perform add/remove operations based on added or removed files, and the cover art cache was not touched.
Album View - track numbers can now be shown in the album view with items being ordered by track number. To enable/disable this option, see Options / View Settings / Album View. Also, within the new Album View options, the system playlist add options can be overridden.
File system watch - library sources can be selectively monitored for changes. When any changes occur, the music library will be automatically updated in the background.
Library Sources - this data is now stored in the main dB. Before, the info was stored in a flat file.
New library source property: Search Only. With this property, all music from a library source can made to appear in the Search View only. This comes in handy when you have a ton of music not often played, and the intent is to still have it available but not consume real estate on the album view.
New library source property: Watch for Updates. With this property, you can set which library sources are to be watched (file system watch under Options / System / Admin must be turned on).

Charts View / Chart Buttons: old behavior - chart buttons were hidden if no
chart data was present, new behavior - chart buttons are displayed depending on
the visibility set in the skin and the control user group properties, if no
chart data is present for a particular chart, the chart is still displayed but
with text indicating “no items”.
Custom Command - within Options/System/Admin, a custom command can be defined
where an EXE with parameters is executed when the new /Command/ button is
depressed.
New Shut Down View - instead of a pop-up window appearing, there is now a Shut
Down View which displays the options: Cancel, Exit TouchJams, Standby, Restart,
Shutdown. This will allow the jukebox operator to admin the access to this
functionality based on the user group. For Standby, this can be configured as
either Windows Sleep or Hibernate.

For some MP3s, the ID3V2 tag was not being read and therefore the songs
wouldn't be added to the library. This should now be fixed.
Album art not being displayed for MP3s where the image was not part of the tag
info and the image file (ex. cover.jpg) was located where the MP3 was/is. This
should fixed now.

Updating the album art cache can now be ran as a background thread. This allows
for the cache to be kept up to date while not interfering with normal program
use.

A major bug was found/fixed where program would crash while viewing
albums/artists with very large music collections.
Skin format has changed as new controls were added and some were removed.
Check out the screen shots to see what has changed.
Support for ID3Tag year field. UI was added to filter by year (40s, 50s, 60s,
etc.).
Auto DJ now supports year filter.
Remote control support has been added for the USB-UIRT product: http://www.usbuirt.com
This allows TouchJams to support virtually any IR remote control!
Dialog added with options for program/computer shut down.

If you run into an obvious /bug/, it probably means that I haven't had time to
address the issue. Also keep in mind that previous version skins are not

Installer should work now as the player OCX control wasn't being registered

Before, if your music library was say on drive letter C:\, top played data was
saved, then the music library was switched to say drive letter D:\, all the Top
Played data was corrupt. Now, "smart-fix" code was added so that your Top Played
data will remain intact.
This same logic will be added to the Queue data files.
